CFIE Segovia organized a meeting on March 22 and 23 with The Świętokrzyskie Teacher Training Center (ŚCDN) and the María Zambrano Secondary School.
The primary objective was to exchange experiences of 2 different Erasmus projects, one of them being the Erasmus + DigitalTA project, in which both CFIE and ŚCDN participate, and transferring ideas between Erasmus + projects.
Participants toured CFIE Segovia’s facilities, engaging in discussions about educational practices related to ecology and the environment.
CFIE explained to them how Castilla y León Educative government and Innovative Teacher Training Centers work and organize activities related to ecology and environment. These topics are the focus of the Erasmus project of ŚCDN, that has taken them to Segovia.
Through presentations and discussions, participants gained insights into various Erasmus projects and explored ways to enhance practical training for school teachers. CFIE Segovia’s demonstration of its operational tools and resources, coupled with insights shared by ŚCDN counselors, facilitated a rich exchange of ideas. This collaborative effort not only enhanced participants’ understanding of European teacher training practices but also fostered a spirit of camaraderie and mutual learning within the educational community.
The meeting was a good opportunity for the counselors of the Innovative Teacher Training Centres, ŚCDN and CFIE, who do not usually travel to get to know each other, and for all of them to exchange ideas about their work. CFIE Segovia could show the application they use for their work, its website and their work to ŚCDN counselors, as well as the “personal zone” all the teachers have in Educacyl, the website for Education of the Castilla and León Government.
